The pool area appeared inviting, perfect for unwinding, though I didn't use it this time. Breakfast options were diverse, catering well to dietary preferences, and the service throughout my stay was consistently friendly and attentive. However, I faced a small issue with the dress code during breakfast on the weekend. I wore sports shorts after my morning workout and was denied entry because of the attire policy. This seemed inconsistent as I noticed other guests in similar or even less formal clothing. A little clarity on such rules could enhance the guest experience.

The rooftop bar offers stunning city views, and the gym has a solid range of equipment. The expansive lobby vibe is welcoming, and the unique steam room experience feels luxurious. Relaxing by the intimate pool was a perfect end to the day.

My stay in the Fairmont Gold King Bed Room was everything I could have hoped for! The breakfast buffet had an very nice spread with both local Filipino and Western favorites-perfect for every palate including my kiddo's! Plus, the staff's warm hospitality.

My experience was good as I enjoyed spending time at the Long Bar. The cocktails were a highlight during my evenings there after work. I also found the location convenient for exploring the nearby attractions and enjoying the city vibes. It was nice to appreciate the hospitality of the staff, who always greeted me warmly.

The layout took some time to get used to. The breakfast experience at Café Macaron could be improved as the service felt a bit rushed, and I sometimes had to navigate through a crowded space.

great facilities but some room issues

The gym had excellent equipment that made my workouts enjoyable. The spa was truly a relaxing haven after a long day. I loved that the in-room dining offered a vegan menu that left me feeling satisfied.

Family vacation good for a short stay

The staff was wonderful, from Trixie at check in to Rico at the concierge to Anna at check out, service was lovely. The rooms were very clean and spacious, really made us feel at home.

It wasn't inexpensive, but it was still acceptable.

I stayed for two nights and loved the spacious rooms with Le Labo amenities and the amazing buffet breakfast, which really exceeded my expectations. The Makati Mule was a refreshing highlight, too! Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely choose this place again.

Location was perfect! Heartfelt thanks to the bar staff for their genuine friendliness. The only downside was the outdated Wi-Fi, which made it hard to stay connected. 😕
